Your Membership

We are so lucky to have you as a regular! Here’s where you can request changes you may need to your auto-renew packages.

  • Package Change: Your can upgrade your package anytime if you find you’re taking more classes. Your next month’s billing will be at the new rate. If you would like to move to a membership with fewer classes per month we can help you before your next billing cycle.

  • Auto-Renew Suspension: We allow up to two 30-day suspensions per year. Each suspension must be a minimum and maximum of 30 days. Suspensions are available with most auto-renew options. Suspension requests must be received one week prior to suspension.

  • Auto-Renew Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be received two weeks prior to cancellation. Thanks for practicing with us! We are sorry to lose you!

GENERAL POLICIES:

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Both the Groupon and the New Student Special are limited to first time students only; that means either one or the other may be purchased (not both). Groupons and New Student Specials are limited to one per person per lifetime. We do not freeze or extend Groupons or New Student Specials for any reason.

Validated parking is a perk that comes with our auto-pay package only. We do not validate parking on Groupon, New Student Specials, Drop-ins, 5-Packs or 10-Packs. 

Reservations are strongly encouraged as some of our classes do sell out (particularly weekend mornings and evenings). In order to honor your reservation you must be present 5 minutes before class start time, or your spot may be given to someone else. If you're unable to make it to a class you're reserved, please cancel your reservation. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a no-show charge. No-show charges are not covered by unlimited packages.
