We are so lucky to have you as a regular! Here’s where you can request changes you may need to your auto-renew packages.
Package Change: Your can upgrade your package anytime if you find you’re taking more classes. Your next month’s billing will be at the new rate. If you would like to move to a membership with fewer classes per month we can help you before your next billing cycle.
Auto-Renew Suspension: We allow up to two 30-day suspensions per year. Each suspension must be a minimum and maximum of 30 days. Suspensions are available with most auto-renew options. Suspension requests must be received one week prior to suspension, and are not made retroactively.
Auto-Renew Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be received two weeks prior to cancellation. Cancellation requests made with less than two weeks notification are subject to one final charge. We do not make retroactive cancellations for any reason. Thanks for practicing with us! We are sorry to lose you!
Parking Cancellation: Please use this form to request cancellation of your parking membership. Cancellation requests must be received two weeks prior to cancellation. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Our classes start on time and we do not admit latecomers.
Reservations are strongly encouraged as some of our classes do sell out (particularly weekend mornings and evenings). In order to honor your reservation you must be present 5 minutes before class start time, or your spot may be given to someone else. If you're unable to make it to a class you're reserved, please cancel your reservation. Failure to cancel a reservation with less than 4-hours notice will result in a $20 late cancel charge. No-show charges are not covered by memberships or class packages.
We offer an optional $10 monthly auto-renew parking upgrade, and validate parking exclusively for those who purchase it. For all classes ending before 5pm we validate parking in the lot immediately next door. For all classes ending after 5pm we validate parking in the lot located behind People’s Bank on Bedford Street.
All membership and parking cancellation and suspension requests must be made through the appropriate forms provided for your convenience.
Both the Groupon and the New Student Special are limited to first time students only; that means either one or the other may be purchased (not both). Groupons and New Student Specials are limited to one per person per lifetime. We do not freeze or extend Groupons or New Student Specials for any reason.
